How do I access Playcheck?

Look for the Playcheck or game audit/verification button on your casino site, click and go.



Is Playcheck available everywhere?

No, only on casinos powered by Microgaming Systems.



If I play in first one casino, and then move to another, can I check both results from the one casino Playcheck site?

No, each casino site is proprietary. You must log on from the casino's website.



How accurate is Playcheck?

100%. It is based purely on transaction memory. It can not be altered in any way.



How secure is my data?

Totally secure. No one except you, and in the event of a query, the casino records office, can access it.



How soon after I have finished playing can I do an audit?

There is generally up to a 4 hour delay to allow the server to archive all information.



What data can I access with Playcheck?

You can access your gameplay data on all games at any Playcheck-enabled casino, for a period of up to 7 days prior to the date of your query.



playcheck@microgaming.com is only available during normal office hours and there could be a delay before you receive an answer to your query due to time differences, etc.

Password and login names

For your own security, only you and your casino have access to your login name and password details. If you have any password or login queries, please contact your casino's Support Desk.



Data can only be supplied for a 7-day period

Due to the huge amount of data involved, PlayCheck can only supply gameplay data for a period of up to 7 days prior to the date of your query. If you require gameplay data for an earlier period, you must contact your casino's Support Desk.



Cashin and payment queries

All casinos powered by Microgaming Systems are independent operators and as such, they each handle cashins and payments for their own players. PlayCheck cannot assist with any queries relating to financial matters. Please contact your casino's Support Desk.



Why does it take so long to download the information?

Some time is required for the servers to archive all gameplay data and this could cause a slight delay in retrieving the information that you are seeking. Please check back later or contact your casino for assistance.
